The former gape position is kept for continued operation.

This crusher is designed for four cavities from coarse crushing to superfine crushing. It has six possible combinations, which means the crusher can greatly meet the special requirement of user.
3 The labyrinth sealing device is used to replace former water sealing, which avoids dust and impurities getting into the machine. So the lubricant oil keeps clean. The use lives of sleeve bearing and ball thrust bearing are prolonged. The operation of machine is reliable.
4 The traditional crushers replace the crushing walls very slowly, which this cone crusher does very fast. Because there is clamp bin on the upper crushing wall which is fixed after being fit. The lower crushing wall is fixed with hydraulic screw nut. It does not need to fill up any materials behind the upper and lower crushing walls. So the labor intensity is reduced at replacing speed.
