YANNUO MULLITE SANDMullite Sand
Introduction
Fused Mullite is produced by the electric furnace fusion of Bayer process alumina and high purity silica. It can be widely used in applications such as refractories for glass and steel industries, as kiln furniture, in investment casting, in spark plug bodies, and many other fields.
Sintered Mullite is made from industrial alumina and Kaoline by sintering in super-high temperature tunnel kiln after crushing. As it is sintered under controlled conditions. Sintered Mullite consists of well grown crystals of Mullite in a very large quantity, which makes it has a high melting point, excellent resistance to thermal shock, excellent stability under load and good resistance to slag and metal corrosion.
