Normally for filter press machine, if you want make the final cake residual moisture lower, you can consider cake blow. For cake blow of plate frame filter press, here are two methods can be realized. The first method is add a tee joint. One port of the tee connect with air source. Before the filter cake discharging, open the valve to blow filter cakes. This is a easy way. The other method, when we produce filter press machine, we will open 2 corner holes on the filter plate, thus, the air will go through the corner holes and bring out the moisture.

Of course, if the budget is enough, you can consider our membrane filter press, which can realize the lowest cake moisture. After all, the filter cake is squeezed by higher pressure. And normally for our membrane filter press, we will not recommend cake blow function, because the final cakes of membrane type filter press is dry and hard enough, and the air can not go through it.
