Introduction

MATS-2010SD Hysteresisgraph can automatically measure the Magnetization Curve and Hysteresis Loop of soft magnets under static (DC) conditions. Precisely measure static magnetic parameters such as initial permeability μi, maximum permeability μm, saturation flux density Bs, remanence Br, coercivity Hc hysteresis loss Pu and so on.


Based on classic ballistic method principle, MATS-2010SD Hysteresisgraph combines the computer control technology and A/D, D/A, replace the conventional ballistic galvanometer with electronic integrator, achieve the analog ballistic measurement under microprocessor. It completely removes the non-instant error and is more accurate, faster and with a good repeatability. It removes various kind of artificial factors, offers a stable basis to study the magnetizing progress.


The test system confirms to GB/T 13012-2008, GB3657-83, GJB 937-90, JBT 9501-2002 and IEC 60404-4.

Features

➲Test sample category: soft ferrite, permalloy, amorphous, nanocrystalline, magnetic powder core, electric pure iron, silicon steel sheet and so on.

➲Test sample shape: closed circuit samples such as ring, E, U shape can directly winding and test.

➲Closed circuit sample directly winding and test: sample, excitation coil (N1), induction coil (N2) to form a non-load transformer.

➲Test open-circuit samples need solenoid or permeameter, the inner field of open circuit samples is measured by a built-in potentiometer(optional).

➲Measure the magnetic field by testing the magnetizing current, filed locking accuracy up to 0.1%.

➲Adopt electrical integrator to measure magnetic flux density, the integrator zero drift is self-corrected by software.

➲Measure methods: simulate shock (Sim. Shock in software) and magnetic field scan (M.F.Scan in software).

➲Adopt simulate shock to measure basic magnetization curve, it can accurately measure the magnetic parameters of μi, μm, Bs, μ of any point.

➲Adopt simulate shock and magnetic field scan to measure saturation hysteresis loop, it can accurately measure the magnetic parameters of Bs, Br, Hc, Pu. (Notes: Simulate shock to measure hysteresis loop is our company unique measurement method, which can greatly improve the accuracy of Hc and Pu.

➲Automatic demagnetizing before measuring μi, demagnetizing frequency is 1Hz~100Hz.

➲When select simulate shock method, single parameter can be selected to save time, thetime of every testing point can be set from 1 sec to 5 sec.

➲Adopt B speed feedback, which can automatically adjust the density of test point according to sample magnetic characteristics curve, and curve can also be tested according to testing points predefined by users.
