Mesh Belt Annealing Furnace

Machine Description:

The mesh belt annealing furnace is composed of a furnace body and a transmission device. The transmission device includes a speed-regulating motor and a mesh belt. The furnace body includes a heating section, a heat preservation section, a slow cooling section, a rapid cooling section and an open cooling section. The front part of the heating section is slow cooling. There is a furnace door at the end of the section. The furnace body of the heating section, the heat preservation section, the slow cooling section and the quick cooling section are respectively equipped with a furnace liner. The lower part of the furnace body is located between the furnace body and the furnace liner. The remaining part between the furnace and the furnace is an insulation layer filled with light insulation materials. The special feature is that there are electric heaters in the heating section and the furnace of the insulation section.

The mesh belt annealing furnace adopts heating tube as heating element, transmission adopts worm gear reducer, chain transmission, frequency conversion speed regulation, and insulation adopts all-fiber structure. This equipment has fixed performance and simple operation.
