1. Customer send the inquiry.
2. We analyze whether it can be produced and quote.
3. You confirm sample.
4. You make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our Proforma Invoice.
5. We make the bulk.
6. You approve our bulk sample
7. You arrange balance payment against packing list before loading
8. We arrange shipment.
9. We send you original documents or telex release B/L.
10. Customer’s feedback.
We pay lots of attention on quality.We pass Oeko-Tex since 2018.We get GRS certification in March 2020.And we also have BSCI certificate.We have lots of product test reports from Cab like SGS.If you have any certificate requirements, we can meet your requirements very well.
1. Q: May I have a trail order?
A: Of course! Trail order is necessary for new customers. MOQ is 10-300 kgs per color.
2. Q: Can we believe in you and your fabric?
A: Why not? We have our own fabric knit factory. Although we don't own dye factory but having cooperation with several dye and print factory. That means we can meet your quality well at a competitive price accordingly. Beside, we have ERP system to keep records for every PO.
3. Q: How long for making color lab dip?
A: Please offer panton colors number firstly, color fastness requirments, light source etc.
Around 3-5 days we will send you via express in 10*10cm one copy or customized.
4. Q: How about the payment terms?
A: Usually, we accept 30% T/T in advance,70% against the copy of B/L. For HQ orders, we can accept L/C too. Western union, paypal, alipay etc are ok accordingly
5. Q: Do you have GRS product?
A:Our factory has GRS certificate.We can provide TC certificate to you.If you need,please let us know in time so that we can apply in time.
