The series energy-saving melting furnace is mainly used for the melting and temperature raising of non-ferrous metals such as copper, iron, zinc, aluminum and steel, stainless steel, alloy metals and semiconductors, glass, silicon materials and other materials.
This series of melting furnaces use 200~2500Hz intermediate frequency power supply for induction heating. The design of series power supply cabinets is more energy-saving, and the power range is 20~2500KW. According to its characteristics, it can also be called intermediate frequency electric furnace.
The furnace body of the series energy-saving melting furnace is divided into two types: steel shell and aluminum shell. According to different production process requirements, our company can customize production for customers.
