3. Delivery State
The product is delivered in cold rolled condition.
4. Magnetic Property
The magnetic properties of samples after heat treatment meet the following requirements.
⑴ Measured at 7936A/m magnetic field strength:
B25℃≤0.35T B50℃≥0.04T
40%≤(B12.5℃- B25℃)/ (B0℃- B25℃) ≤65%
B12.5℃- B0℃≥0.05T B0℃- B25℃≥0.132T
1.1×(B0℃- B25℃) ≥(B25℃- B50℃) ≥0.102T
⑵ (B3968/ B7936) 0℃≥90%
5. Surface Quality
The surface of cold-rolled strip should be smooth and clean.
6. Packaging And Transportation
The packing method of the strip is braided cloth wraped, and transparent film wrapped, and wooden case packed.
